The Afiliaciones 2.0 (Enrollment 2.0) project aimed to validate the stability, responsiveness, and scalability of the services and APIs involved in employee and beneficiary enrollment and unenrollment processes. The primary challenge required guaranteeing optimal performance under high concurrency, isolating critical bottlenecks within components such as the iPaaS and databases, to support growing demand without compromising the user experience.
