We are looking for professionals with experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing functional requirements for projects in the financial sector, particularly Core Banking solutions.

Technical knowledge

 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Functional requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Functional documentation and traceability management.
  • User stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of banking business processes and products.
  • Design and execution of functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Defect and issue management and tracking.
  • Effective communication with business users, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.

 

 

Required/desirable certifications

 

  • More than 2 years of experience in requirements analysis and functional testing.
  • More than 2 years of experience using Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in banking sector projects and Core Banking solutions.
