We navigated the migration of point-of-sale (POS) systems to a modern touchscreen technology. The primary objective was to improve operational efficiency and optimize the in-store experience. The main challenge lay in ensuring that the entire sales process flow was correctly captured, validated, and executed on the new platform.

To achieve this, we developed a robust functional testing strategy, executing over 2,000 test cases to guarantee the system’s stability, accuracy, and reliability. As a result, the implementation was not only a success but also delivered a direct impact on the business—boosting overall sales at the point of sale by 20%.
