Professional in Systems Engineering or related fields, with 5 years of experience as a Software Quality Leader
Extensive knowledge of quality in technology projects, with a solid understanding of its principles and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. Experience collaborating with the PMO to define quality standards in technology projects. Ability to coordinate with development, architecture, and business teams to ensure high-value deliverables. Results-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and objectives, even under pressure. Leadership and team management skills, demonstrating organization, diligence, and the ability to make things happen.
Quality Certification (ISTQB or other equivalent).
