The sustainability cell had low automated testing coverage for critical processes, which created operational risks and a heavy reliance on manual validation. Over a four-month period, I led the expansion of automation, strengthening quality, traceability, and continuous validation. This initiative contributed to the client achieving Level 3 technical excellence.
