The objective was to ensure that the portals migrated to the cloud maintained optimal levels of performance, stability, and scalability under high-concurrency, load, and stress scenarios. Throughout testing, several critical bottlenecks were identified across the digital ecosystem, including latency issues, load imbalances within AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), inefficient autoscaling configurations, and a lack of proper observability to detect these issues in real time.
