We are looking for a professional with quality assurance experience and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence to join our team.

👤 PROFILE

  • Professional, technician, or technologist in technology-related fields or similar areas.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional QA Analyst. Candidates with 2+ years of experience may also be considered, subject to validation.
  • Proven experience in manual functional testing.
  • Experience with projects or applications in the healthcare, health insurance, or health services sector is preferred.

Technical knowledge

🧪 QA TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Manual functional testing.
  • Regression, integration, API, UI, End-to-End, and exploratory testing.
  • Test plan and test case development.
  • Acceptance criteria definition.
  • Test execution and documentation.
  • Risk identification.
  • Bug management, analysis, and reporting.
  • BDD and test design techniques.
  • Agile methodologies: Scrum / Kanban.
  • Basic knowledge of test automation is preferred.

🤖 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE – TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience with LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
  • Prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of RAG and knowledge bases.
  • Working with AI model APIs.
  • Evaluation of AI-generated responses.
  • AI agent development.
  • Ability to design agents that can:
    • Analyze requirements.
    • Generate test cases.
    • Create test data.
    • Analyze test results.
    • Identify potential defects.
    • Generate QA evidence and reports.
    • Propose new test scenarios.

Preferred frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
