Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data in transactional and support systems. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for source code management and change control. Solid knowledge of information gathering, functional and technical analysis, and process documentation using PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document).
